INSPIRATION

(Taken from blog post: The Future is Female and Ageless and Multicultural, 11/17/19)

It’s important that we stop seeing concepts as linear, black & white or systematic. The next BIG IDEA can come from anyone and anywhere. The next movement will be a force unexpected and powerful! BIG IDEAS have been generated out of failures, mishaps & misdirection. The important point is to grow from the mid-step and become powerful enough to benefit all!

BIG IDEAS

A Big Idea refers to core concepts, principles, theories, and processes that should serve as the focal point of curricula, instruction, and assessment.... A focus on these larger ideas helps people to see the purpose and relevance of content.

I have always been focused on NEW CONCEPTS and BIG IDEAS! As a Designer, Artist and Conceptual Believer, I bring culture, movement and empowerment to create FUTURE GROWTH!

My personal hope is that this becomes a catalyst for change in education cost and the 1% of our population’s personal responsibilities to those whom impact the future.

Nafeesa Muqtasid - I've wanted to be a designer since I was 9 years old. I remember lying across my mother's bed reading Vogue magazine; since that point-all I’ve ever thought about was Fashion-Fashion-Fashion!! My love of Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld, Norma Kamali, Diane Von Furstenberg and Donna Karan have fueled my passion and allowed me a constant window into fashion for which I’ll never become tired of staring. With a love for movies, music, entertainment and art I manage to formulate opinions which I’ll offer and share in this blog, Fashion-Art-Music-BAG!!
